You may also receive telephone notifications. Phone notifications are sent for:

Holds Notices

Overdue Notices

Notices are sent Monday to Saturday, between 9am to 6pm.

E-mail or Phone Notification

If you choose to receive Holds & Overdue notices by email you will be notified of the title(s) on hold. This information is not included if you choose to be notified by phone.

If you have not specified how you would like to receive notices we will notify you in the following order:

1. If we have your e-mail address — we will send notices by email.

2. If there is no e-mail address in your library account — we will send notices by phone.
