One eRead Canada

GVPL is proud to participate in the inaugural One eRead Canada, uniting libraries and readers from coast to coast to coast to read the same book and engage in a national conversation.

This year’s book is Glass Beads by Dawn Dumont.

From June 3 to 30, unlimited digital copies of Glass Beads are available to borrow, free with your GVPL library card. Download the ebook or e-audiobook on your favourite digital platform: CloudLibrary, Hoopla and RBdigital.

Organized by the Canadian Urban Libraries Council (CULC), One eRead Canada is supported by libraries across Canada and has been designed to create an opportunity for people across the country to read one book together and share their thoughts, feelings and experiences.
