Everyone welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult. Join us for a StoryWalk®, where individual pages of a storybook, mounted on sign posts, are placed outdoors in a circuit. Children follow the narrative by visiting each sign post in sequence. After the StoryWalk®, join us at the branch for nature-inspired activities. Rain or shine; please dress appropriately. Drop-in.

This program is run in collaboration with West Shore Parks and Recreation and is part of Your Literacy Connection Westshore’s Family Learning Tour. Gift bags generously provided by the 1000 x 5 Children’s Book Recycling Project (limited age ranges; while supplies last).

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition (VBPC) and the Kellogg Hubbard Library.
