Historically Greater Victoria Public Library has accepted gifts of books and other library materials on behalf of the Friends of the Library. The Friends would hold book sales with the proceeds going to purchase needed items for the library.

GVPL is not able to accept donated materials at our designated drop off locations for the time being. Additionally, the Friendshop at the Central Branch will remain closed until further notice. Book sales are also currently on hiatus.
